We coordinate and instruct a measured survey with a trusted building surveyor, and your architect works from the point cloud directly. Existing drawings are produced, then the design develops through the revision rounds included in your band, with visualisations so you can see the proposal before it is submitted anywhere.

The consented scheme becomes a buildable package: construction drawings, details, specifications and schedules, with the structural engineer and any specialists coordinated into it. We submit to Building Control and prepare the set that builders will price, so the tender is like for like.
